Normann Copenhagen presents a contemporary multipurpose series that performs as impeccably in comfort and endurance, as it does in adding warmth and ambience to the interior.
Hyg Comfort Chair is the newest member to the family. This variation stands out for its softly, draped backrest, allowing the fabric to naturally adapt to the arch of the chair. This creates the impression of vibrant fabric gently caressing the chair, while simultaneously adding a visual notion of comfort. The seat has also been furnished with more foam, creating a soft and inviting seat for cozy, lengthy dinner parties. Hyg Comfort Chair is available in full upholstery with our wide selection of textiles, resulting in a dining chair that can be customized to the desired setting and atmosphere, yet always exuding the feeling of hygge and comfort.
Inspired by Danish hygge, designer Simon Legald has created the Hyg furniture series. When the series was introduced in 2018, it consisted of a 2-seater sofa, lounge chairs and a footstool. Since then, the range has expanded with a chair and barstool that share the same characteristics of the lounge series: the hearty, organic curves designed with a focus on sublime comfort.
